How it started...
We LOVE bread!
So, when we discovered that our oldest child could not have wheat, gluten, or even corn, the family was absolutely devastated for him. And for also knowing that if he couldn't have it, then the rest of us would not either. We had to remove it all from the house, and begin a journey of discovering what was available for families like ours. We were disappointed. Especially with the bread and bagel options...
Well, as you already know, we LOVE bread! So, we took it upon ourselves to create something that the whole family can enjoy, and better. Thus, our 100% wheat, gluten, and corn free bread was born! We, and the many others who have tried our bread, love it! Knowing this, and that the options available at stores are mediocre at best, we felt called to offer what we created to those who are also looking for what we were looking for! Because, let's face it...

What is Teff?
Teff is a fine grain—about the size of a poppy seed—that comes in a variety of colors, from white and red to dark brown.
It is an ancient grain from Ethiopia and Eritrea, and comprises the staple grain of their cuisines.
Ground into flour, teff is used to make the traditional bread, injera: a flat, pancake-like, fermented bread that complements their exotic spices.
While it grows predominantly in these African countries, with fertile fields and ecologically-sensitive farming methods, Idaho also produces some of the best quality Teff in the world.
